At MB Wilkes Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy details below.
 

1. Standard Returns

You may return items within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the following criteria:

• The items are unused and in a resaleable condition.
• You provide a valid proof of purchase.

2. How to Notify Us

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period via:

3. Returning the Goods

• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods to our Henbury Quarry address.
• Collection Service: If you require MB Wilkes Ltd to collect the items, an additional charge will apply. Please contact our customer service team on 01258 857465 to discuss collection.
• Receipt of Goods: Goods are only deemed "returned" once they have been physically received at our site.
• Condition: We cannot offer refunds for any goods returned in an unsaleable condition.

4. Damaged Goods or Shortfalls

If your order arrives damaged or there is a shortfall in the quantity delivered:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
• Claims made outside of this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
• We may require reasonable proof of damage or shortfall before a re-delivery is processed.

5. Cancellations and Suspensions

Orders cannot be cancelled or suspended without prior written consent from MB Wilkes Ltd. The buyer agrees to indemnify the vendor against any losses incurred due to a cancellation or suspension.

6. Guidance and Liability

Any advice or information provided (online or verbally) is for guidance only. As site conditions and application methods are beyond our control, this information is given without warranty.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods themselves, subject to manufacturer approval.

Delivery times are estimates only. We do not accept liability for late deliveries beyond the value of the goods in question.
