Muck away is a service where waste is removed from homes or commercial premises, helping to keep a construction site tidy and clear.
For grab hire in the Poole, Bournemouth & surrounding area's we have a Baby Grab and 4, 6 & 8 wheel grab vehicles as well as 10 or 20-tonne tipper lorries available for inert muckaway.
For anything above 2 tonne we operate the following size vehicles:
Baby Grab - Carries approx 5.5 tonne.
4 Wheel Grab - Carries approx 8 tonne.
4 Wheel Tipper - Carries approx 11.5 tonne.
6 Wheel Grab - Carries approx 11 tonne.
8W Grab - Carries approx 15 tonne.
8W Tipper - Carries approx 19 tonne.
Muck away lorries can take a variety of materials, from bricks and rubble to soil and aggregates.
Please note that we do not collect asbestos or hazardous waste.
The amount of loads needed for your site clearance depends entirely on how much material you need removing.
The large capacity of our lorries means we can take up to 19 tonnes of material per visit, using our 8w Tipper, however this may require multiple visits if your project warrants it.
If your materials are sorted into a neat, easily-accessible pile, then we can load our grab lorries within 15-30 minutes.
Absolutely - the extendable arm on the trucks means that we can reach over walls and fences to collect material that is ready to be removed.
We are open Monday - Friday from 7am till 4:30pm, and also on Saturday from 7am till midday.
